I purchased a pair of hoop earrings with confidence due to the no questions asked, free return policy. I attempted to return by following the instructions online, leading me to the return portal. I received an email with a return authorization number and instructions to await a second email with my return label. Never received anything. Subsequent emails I sent unanswered, calls not returned. I contacted the sister site Bayam where someone did answer and told me I just need to send them back at my expense. NOPE. Purchase currently in dispute with American Express until I receive my return label! Totally unprofessional and unethical!
